The Sacred Pause of 2020

What if....something we’ve known deep down all along...is coming to the surface?

What if....it’s the thing we have deeply wanted most and hardly dared to entertain?

What if....there was more to us than we’ve known up to this point?

And these latent potentials were so...very...ready?

What if....we really were connected to 

e v e r y t h i n g  around us?

What if....life itself was listening to us?

What if....it responded to everything we were putting out there? 

What if....we just haven’t been aware of all that we’ve been emitting?

What if....our power was really that impactful? 

What if....we were headed towards this realization?

This integration

What if....what is coming up for us 

👉🏽individually and as a society👈🏽 is merely showing us what is here? 

No judgement.

Our thoughts.

Our emotions.

Our beliefs.

So we can see what we’ve been operating with

What we’ve agreed to

The conclusions we jump to

What if it’s coming up to our awareness...

So that we can evaluate it 

and see if we want to choose it

or choose something different

As we love ourselves through the process

What if....it’s always been that way?

What if....the stillness, and the quiet afforded, and the excesses stripped were here to truly support our undistracted connection with who we really are....with what really matters to us?

So that we can consciously design our foundation from this place, without the external input and influences we’ve carried thus far with us. 

Without the many many voices asking and demanding of us...

What if....it was possible to live life exactly as we desire to?

What if....we felt the power of our ability to dance with life?

And we began feeling the dynamic happening between us

What if....life wants us to hear it?

And so it speaks our language back to us?

What if....just by discovering this....it became a dialogue?

And we could expand our dialects

What if challenging times were there for us to pause....

and wonder....

What if....we saw ourselves be cleansed by that which has fallen away? 

honor And bless its departure?

What if....we recognized how deeply our power, inspiration, drive, compassion and creative forces were ignited by the stories we tell ourselves....and the meanings we give to things?

What if....we allowed ourselves to explore, to live, and to offer to the world the things that lit us up the most?

What if....our path to unlock this was as unique as our fingerprints?

And because it’s ours, there’s no way we can get it wrong.

What if....everyone is finding it in the way that lights them up personally?

What if....we can share and learn from each other?

Keep what resonates and let go of the rest as we make our way.

And there was no wrong

There was no better

What if....everything was a gift for us to experience?

What if....it’s as simple as asking for what we want....being open to what shows up in our language....taking in the experience....adjusting the sail from there....and repeating the process....
